Upon verification of your identity, we will email or post a copy of your data to you. If records of chat histories that might contain personal data of a third party are requested, we may edit their information unless you have their consent for us to share it.

Due to our business being located within the EU we do not require to appoint a representative.

We will treat your complaint in confidence and acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and we will send you a full reply within 5 working days of receipt.
