Relaxation yoga is a practice that focuses on the connection between one’s body and mind. This style involves slow postures that help to relax and recover. As a rule, the poses in relaxation yoga are held more than usual, in particular, some poses can be held for up to 10 minutes. This style of yoga is perhaps the best for improving flexibility and releasing muscle tension. In addition to that, it helps to train your mind to focus on the present moment and block negative thoughts.
